American Regional Office

The American Regional Office, under the Taipei Headquarters, supports operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central and South America. Full-time faculty at academic institutions within this region are eligible to apply for “Research Grants,” “Scholar Grants,” “Publication Subsidies,” and “Conference/Seminar/Workshop Grants.” Additionally, non-ROC doctoral candidates may apply for “Doctoral Fellowships,” while Republic of China (ROC) citizens may apply for “Dissertation Fellowships for ROC Students Abroad.” Both non-ROC and ROC doctoral students are also eligible for the “Hsu-Sun Fellowship.”

While all applications are processed by the Taipei Headquarters, inquiries may be directed to either the American Regional Office or the Taipei Headquarters.
