Academician Cho-yun Hsu, Emeritus Board Member of the Foundation, has Passed Away

The Foundation was deeply saddened to learn on the morning of August 4, 2025, that our Emeritus Board Member, Academician Cho-yun Hsu, passed away in Pittsburgh, USA, on the afternoon of August 3 (local time), at the age of 95.
Academician Hsu was a founding Director of the Foundation and served as a long-time Director. He now holds the title of Emeritus Board Member. His contributions have been immense and his impact profound. The Foundation’s Board Members, Supervisors, and colleagues feel deep sorrow at the news of his passing, while cherishing his distinguished record of achievement.
