Notice: System Upgrade and Server Migration

To improve the performance of our application system, we will be migrating our servers to a new host and performing a system upgrade. During this period, the application system will be temporarily unavailable. Details are as follows:

Duration: June 15 to June 30, 2026. If the migration and upgrade are completed ahead of schedule, a follow-up announcement will be issued.

Impact: All services on the application system, including new account registration and personal profile updates, will be suspended.

Data Information: All existing application data and user profiles will be automatically migrated to the new system. You may log in using your current username and password once the new system is live.
